We have a referral program that is open to everyone. You can receive gift cards for successfully enrolling other families. For the first family you successfully enroll, you will get a $100 gift card, and a $50 gift card for every family after that. Just make sure they provide your name and e-mail address when they take the eligibility survey. 

We will be installing a brand-new whole home UV water treatment device model VH410. The VH410 device is manufactured by VIQUA, a Trojan Technologies Business ULC. Trojan Technologies is the world leader in UV water disinfection technology. Learn more about Trojan Technologies here. The devices will be shipped directly from VIQUA’s manufacturing facilities to the installer. As previously mentioned, half of the families will receive an inactivated device for the study but at the end of the study, their devices will be activated. So, all families will have a functioning VH410 by the end of the study. More information regarding the device can be found here.

Yes, the manufacturer’s warranty will be available for the UV device. More information regarding the warranty can be found in the product manual.

We will be working with Suburban Water Technology, Inc. based in Gilbertsville, Pennsylvania. This plumbing company is licensed and insured and has nearly 60 years of experience in installing water treatment systems in the southeastern Pennsylvania region. They are VIQUA’s official installer in Pennsylvania.
